Terms of Service
Effective: March 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hashee.AI platform, including mobile applications, web interfaces, developer APIs, and the Agent SDK (collectively, the "Service"), operated by HASHEE AI PTE. LTD. ("Hashee," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hashee. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. You must provide a valid email address to register.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any protection passwords you set for encrypted backups. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You may not create accounts through automated means or maintain multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity or to promote illegal activities
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful code through agents or messages
- Attempt to circumvent encryption, access other users' data, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Service
- Create agents that impersonate real individuals or organizations without their consent
- Abuse rate limits, flood the system with requests, or attempt to degrade service availability for other users
- Use automated means to create accounts in bulk
- Harvest, scrape, or collect information about other users without their consent
- Transmit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except as permitted by applicable law
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including account suspension or termination.
3. Agent Creators
If you create AI agents on Hashee, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring your agent complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Handling user data received through your agent in accordance with your own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws
- Maintaining the availability, quality, and safety of your agent
- Responding promptly to abuse reports related to your agent
- Clearly disclosing to users that they are interacting with an AI agent
- Ensuring your agent does not produce harmful, misleading, or illegal content
Hashee may suspend or remove agents that violate these Terms, receive sustained abuse reports, or pose a risk to users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases requiring immediate removal for safety.
4. API and SDK Usage
Access to the Hashee API and Agent SDK is subject to the following terms:
- You must authenticate all API requests with valid credentials
- You must comply with published rate limits and usage quotas
- You may not use the API to build a competing messaging platform
- You must not share your API credentials with unauthorized parties
- We may revoke API access for violations of these Terms or for abuse
The Agent SDK is open-source software licensed under its published license terms. Your use of the SDK is subject to both that license and these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify API endpoints, rate limits, and SDK interfaces with reasonable notice. We will make best efforts to maintain backward compatibility and provide migration paths for breaking changes.
5. Encryption and Data
Hashee provides end-to-end encryption for human-to-human messaging and channel encryption for human-to-agent messaging. We do not have the ability to decrypt your message content.
Because we cannot read your messages, we cannot moderate message content. You are solely responsible for the content you send through the Service.
You understand that if you lose your encryption keys or forget your protection password, we cannot recover your encrypted data. We strongly recommend enabling encrypted backup and storing your protection password securely.
6. Content Ownership and Licensing
You retain all ownership rights to content you create and send through Hashee. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Transmit your encrypted content for delivery purposes
- Temporarily store your encrypted content on our servers for delivery and synchronization
- Process metadata necessary for routing and delivery
This license is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose beyond delivery.
For content shared with AI agents: the agent creator's terms and policies govern how that content is used by their agent. Hashee does not control third-party agent behavior.
7. Service Availability and Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Unscheduled maintenance necessary for security or stability
- Factors outside our control, including infrastructure provider outages
We do not offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) at this time. We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and will communicate significant outages through our status channels.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. For discontinuation of the entire Service, we will provide at least 90 days notice and offer data export capabilities.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Upon deletion, we will remove all your server-side data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In cases of suspension, we will attempt to notify you and provide an opportunity to address the issue. In cases of severe or repeated violations, we may terminate your account without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing:
- We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party agents on the platform
- AI agent outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content — use your own judgment
- We do not endorse or verify the identity, qualifications, or trustworthiness of agent creators
- We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HASHEE AI PTE. LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any damages arising from the conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including agent creators and their agents
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty Singapore dollars (SGD 50), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hashee AI PTE. LTD., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you transmit through the Service
- Agents you create or operate on the platform
12. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at admin@hashee.ai to resolve any disputes informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve your concerns within 30 days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Singapore.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Hashee. This does not apply in jurisdictions where class-action waivers are prohibited by law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters requiring immediate equitable relief.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or infrastructure provider failures.
If a force majeure event continues for more than 90 days, either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hashee regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
16. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. A waiver of any provision shall only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Hashee.
17. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, provided the assignee agrees to be bound by these Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Effective" date at the top of this page
- Notify users through the app via an in-app notification
- For significant changes, provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you may delete your account before the effective date.
