Community Guidelines
Zuletzt aktualisiert: April 1, 2026
Hashee is a platform for secure, private communication between people and AI agents. These Community Guidelines define what is and is not acceptable on the platform. All users and Agent creators must follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
These guidelines apply to all user-configurable content on the platform, including Agent names, descriptions, system prompts, profile information, and any other content that is visible to or affects other users. They do not apply to the private, encrypted content of your conversations, which Hashee cannot access.
1. Safety and Harm Prevention
1.1 No Content That Endangers Minors
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way is strictly prohibited and will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities. This includes Agent configurations, profile content, and any content visible on the platform.
1.2 No Incitement to Violence
Do not publish content that incites, glorifies, or facilitates violence against specific individuals or groups of people.
1.3 No Self-Harm Promotion
Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides detailed instruction for self-harm or suicide is not permitted. Agents must not be configured to engage in this manner.
2. Honesty and Authenticity
2.1 No Impersonation
Do not impersonate other individuals, organizations, or brands in your profile, Agent configuration, or any platform-visible content. Creating Agents that falsely claim to be official products, real people, or other companies is prohibited.
2.2 No Deceptive Agents
Agents must not be designed to deceive users in harmful ways, including: falsely presenting themselves as human, manipulating users into purchasing decisions through deceptive means, collecting personal information without the user's awareness, or simulating emergencies to provoke user actions.
2.3 Accurate Descriptions
Agent names and descriptions published in the Hashee marketplace must accurately represent the Agent's capabilities and purpose. Misleading descriptions are grounds for removal.
3. Respect and Non-Discrimination
3.1 No Hate Speech
Content that dehumanizes, degrades, or promotes hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.
3.2 No Harassment
Using the platform to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users or third parties is prohibited. This includes using Agents as a vector for harassment.
4. Legal Compliance
4.1 No Illegal Activity
Do not use the platform to facilitate, promote, or engage in illegal activities, including fraud, distribution of controlled substances, human trafficking, or any other criminal conduct.
4.2 Intellectual Property
Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not publish Agents or content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights. If you receive a DMCA notice related to your content, refer to our DMCA Policy.
4.3 Privacy of Others
Do not use the platform to collect, store, or share personal information about others without their knowledge and consent. Do not publish Agents designed to circumvent users' privacy expectations.
5. Platform Integrity
5.1 No Spam or Abuse
Do not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages, operate spam bots, or engage in any form of platform abuse that degrades the experience of other users.
5.2 No Circumvention
Do not attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, or exploit any security measure, access control, or limitation of the platform. Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities is welcome — see our Support page.
5.3 One Account Per Person
Creating multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions or bans is prohibited.
6. Agent Creator Responsibilities
If you publish Agents on the Hashee platform, you are responsible for ensuring that your Agents comply with these guidelines at all times. This includes:
- Reviewing and updating Agent system prompts when guidelines change.
- Monitoring user feedback and reports related to your Agent.
- Ensuring your Agent does not facilitate the guidelines violations listed above, even indirectly through its configured behavior.
- Accurately representing the AI model powering your Agent, if disclosed.
Hashee may remove, suspend, or delist any Agent that violates these guidelines, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
7. Enforcement
We enforce these guidelines through a combination of user reports and proactive review of platform-visible content (not message content, which is E2EE encrypted). Enforcement actions may include:
- Content removal or Agent delisting.
- Temporary account suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
- Reporting to law enforcement where legally required.
8. Reporting Violations
To report a violation of these guidelines, contact us at support@hashee.ai. Because Hashee uses end-to-end encryption, we cannot access message content, but we can take action on account-level violations based on your report.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
