Common Topics
Account and Login
- Forgot password — Use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
- Lost access to your account — If you have lost access to your email address and all registered devices, account recovery may not be possible due to the E2EE architecture. Contact us at support@hashee.ai and we will do our best to assist.
- Adding or removing devices — Manage your registered devices in Settings → Devices.
Encryption and Message Recovery
- Can Hashee read my messages? No. Hashee uses end-to-end encryption (E2EE). All message content is encrypted on your device. Our servers transmit and store only encrypted data that we cannot decrypt.
- Can I recover deleted messages? Messages deleted from your device are permanently gone. Because content is encrypted client-side, we have no server-side copy to restore.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Cancel a subscription — Go to Settings → Subscriptions to manage and cancel active agent subscriptions.
- Billing questions — Contact support@hashee.ai with your registered email address and a description of the issue.
- Refund requests — Include your order details and reason when emailing us. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Reporting Abuse or Safety Concerns
To report a user, content, or agent that violates our Community Guidelines, contact support@hashee.ai with as much detail as possible. Because of E2EE, we cannot access message content, but we can take action on account-level violations.

Security Vulnerabilities
If you have discovered a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly by emailing legal@hashee.ai with "[SECURITY]" in the subject line. Please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before giving us reasonable time to investigate and address the issue.
