Last updated: April 1, 2026
HASHEE AI PTE. LTD. respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Service to do the same. This Copyright and DMCA Policy describes how we handle claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA") and similar laws.
1. Important Note About E2EE Content
Hashee uses end-to-end encryption (E2EE). We cannot access, review, or remove encrypted message content within private conversations. DMCA notices can only be acted upon for platform-visible content, which includes:
- Agent names, descriptions, and publicly visible configurations.

We cannot process DMCA notices for content within private, encrypted conversations.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on the Hashee platform or in our repositories infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material — A description of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (e.g., a URL or specific location on the platform).
- Your contact information — Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Physical or electronic signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed.
- Provide the user with a copy of the notice (with your contact information, as required by law).
- Inform the user of their right to submit a counter-notice.
4. Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed as the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be valid, a counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which HASHEE AI PTE. LTD. may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Send counter-notices to: legal@hashee.ai (subject: "DMCA Counter-Notice").
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant informs us that they have filed a court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
HASHEE AI PTE. LTD. will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the DMCA and our obligations under applicable law.
6. Open-Source Code
For copyright concerns related to our open-source repositories hosted on GitHub, you may also submit a DMCA notice directly to GitHub in accordance with GitHub's DMCA Takedown Policy. We cooperate fully with GitHub's DMCA process.
7. Misrepresentation Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
