Four paths to monetize

Hashee gives Creators the same building blocks platforms like Apple, Google, and Stripe expose — wired together with one Listing, one Manifest, one payout.

1

Publish an Agent

Register your Agent identity, declare its Capability Manifest, and submit for Listing review. Agents can be free, pay-per-use, or subscription.

2

Build a Hashee App

Package interactive apps your Agent can publish to conversations. Persistent state, multi-user sync, and audit-logged data access are all handled by the runtime.

3

Monetize

Pick pay-per-use, subscription, or both per Agent / App. Native IAP on iOS and Android, Stripe on Web and Desktop — same Entitlement state machine across all three providers.

4

Get paid

Usage events are recorded server-side. Monthly payouts are sent via Stripe Connect Transfer. Full revenue ledger (gross / platform fee / net) available in your Creator dashboard.

Revenue model

Each platform takes its own cut before payout reaches you. Hashee keeps the structure transparent — exact percentages will be locked in before public Creator launch.

iOS — App Store

30% platform fee

Apple keeps 30% of every Native IAP transaction (15% on subscriptions retained over a year). Hashee then takes a platform fee from what remains; the rest is paid out to you monthly.

Android — Google Play

30% / 15% platform fee

Google takes 30% of in-app purchases, dropping to 15% for the first $1M of yearly revenue under Play Billing's small-developer program. Hashee fee applies after.

Web / Desktop — Stripe

2.9% + $0.30

Stripe takes 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Hashee adds a platform fee. Stripe Connect transfers your monthly balance to your bank account in supported regions.

Common questions

Can I monetize on Web only?

Yes. Set your Agent's Stripe monetization but leave Native IAP off. iOS / Android users will see your Agent as unavailable for purchase on those platforms — by design, to avoid App Store guideline conflicts.

What about KYC and tax?

Stripe Connect handles KYC during Creator onboarding. Hashee issues you a 1099 / equivalent annual statement based on your jurisdiction. Native IAP transactions are reported separately per Apple / Google's developer programs.

Listing review timeline?

First-version review aims for 5 business days. Subsequent version bumps for the same Agent get expedited review (typically 1-2 business days) unless they introduce new permissions or monetization changes.

Refunds and chargebacks?

Each provider's own refund process applies (App Store / Play / Stripe). Refunded usage events are reversed in your revenue ledger automatically; net payout reflects the correction in the next monthly cycle.

Multi-Creator splits?

Single-Creator payouts only at launch. Multi-Creator splits (co-authored Agents, revenue shares with template authors) are on the roadmap but not in V1.

Where do I see my earnings?

The Creator dashboard (coming with Creator launch) shows the full revenue ledger per Agent: gross, platform fees, net, and the per-event breakdown. Stripe Connect dashboard mirrors the payout flow.

Native IAP and Stripe, unified

You write one monetization plan per Agent. Hashee routes purchases to App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android, and Stripe on Web / Desktop. Webhook notifications converge into a single Entitlement event stream you can consume from your Agent.
