Your feedback shapes Hashee. Whether it's a bug, a feature request, a usability concern, or a general observation — we read everything and it directly influences our roadmap.
How to Send Feedback
In-App Feedback (Recommended)
The fastest way to share feedback is directly from within the app:
- Open the Hashee app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Feedback.
- Describe your feedback and submit.
By Email
You can also send feedback directly to our team at support@hashee.ai. We read every message. While we may not be able to respond individually to all feedback, rest assured that your input is seen and considered.

For bug reports and technical issues, you can email us at support@hashee.ai
What Makes Good Feedback
The more specific your feedback, the more actionable it is for our team. When possible, include:
- What you were trying to do — the task or goal you had in mind.
- What happened — the actual behavior you observed.
- What you expected — what you thought should have happened.
- Your platform — iOS, Android, or Web, and the app version (found in Settings → About).
- Steps to reproduce — for bugs, a numbered sequence we can follow to reproduce the issue.
Feature Requests
Have an idea for a feature? We'd love to hear it. When suggesting a new feature, it helps to explain:
- The problem you're trying to solve or the workflow you want to improve.
- How you currently work around the limitation, if at all.
- How frequently you encounter this need.
Agent and Creator Feedback
Are you an Agent creator with feedback about the developer experience, SDK, or platform policies? Reach out to us at support@hashee.ai with "[Agent Creator]" in the subject line. We are actively building out creator tooling and your perspective is especially valuable.
